SWIM PASSES
Individual passes – (1 person) sold on a year-long membership basis. Unlimited use throughout the year on designated days, excepting certain blackout periods for special events or property rentals.
Available days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 10:00AM – 6:00PM
Cost: $50 per year CASH ONLY
Family passes – (2 - 6 people) sold on a year-long membership basis. Unlimited use throughout the year on designated days, excepting certain blackout periods for special events or property rentals. Additional immediate family members can be added for $10 per person per year.
Available days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 10:00AM – 6:00PM Available to members of an immediate family only.
Cost: $100 per year CASH ONLY
Only individuals or family members registered as part of the pass program will be admitted onto the property.
Passes are non-transferrable.

GROUP DAY PASS
Group Day Passes can only be booked within a 30 day window.
Group Day Passes are only available if there is not a property rental group or event.
Available days: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM – 6 PM
Cost: $5 per person per day CASH ONLY
A day pass allows guests access to the pool and the approved pool bathroom – no other areas.
There could be black out periods for this program if/when we have high hotel occupancy.

DAY RATES
Day Rates can only be booked within a 30 day window.
Day Rates are only available if there is not a property rental group or event.
Day Rates are available to individuals or members of an immediate family only.
Only guests whose names are included on the reservation will be admitted on property.
Guests may check in any time after 10 AM and must check out by 4 PM.
Cost: $50
- Day Rate Guests will be provided with one towel per person
- Day Rate Guests will be provided with one bottle of water per person
- Day Rate Guests will be provided with a one day only Wi-Fi code
- Guests bring their own pool accessories
Bel Fle reserves the right to limit the total number of day guests on property at one time. There could be black out periods for this program if/when we have high hotel occupancy.

WEEKEND GETAWAY
Weekend Getaways can only be booked within a 30 day window
Weekend Getaways are only available if there is not a property rental group or event
Weekend Getaways are available to individuals or members of an immediate family only
Only guests whose names are included on the reservation will be admitted on property
Guests may check in any time after noon on Saturday and must check out by noon on Sunday (guests may stay to use the pool until 4:00 on Sunday)
Rate: $125 (standard room – up to 4 people); $150 (family suite – up to 6 people)
- Guests have access to a room, pool privileges and receive a complimentary dinner as part of the package
- Dinner will be a standard meal with the option of a kid-friendly selection for children 12 and under
- A continental breakfast (cold or room temperature foods, fruit, coffee, tea, juice) is included
- Guests will be provided with a 24 hour WiFi code
- Guests may pay in cash at check in

FOR ALL ABOVE BOOKINGS
Guests must leave an ID card or passport with the registration desk which will be returned at departure after premises have been checked.
Bel Fle Missions Hotel does not offer accommodation to pets.
Bel Fle generators power down daily from 10 AM - 4 PM. City power (if available) or inverters will still be operating during this period.
For your protection and comfort, Bel Fle is sprayed monthly to minimize exposure to all pests.
