DO I NEED TO ACQUIRE TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Travel insurance is strongly recommended as a precautionary measure for all guests traveling internationally. Bel Fle staff are happy to provide additional information or options for purchasing travel insurance. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need more information.
DO I NEED TO MAKE MEAL RESERVATIONS?
- Breakfast is included for all guests each morning.
- Lunch and dinner provided with advance request for $10 per person per meal for lunch and $13 for dinner (Prices subject to change). Pre-booked meals will be included in final invoice. Meals will be served buffet or family style.
- One drink will be included with all meals (bottled water, soda pop, fresh fruit juice). Additional beverages may also be purchased for $1 (bottled water) and $2 (fresh fruit juice/soda pop). Payment in cash at time of service will be expected for these additional purchases.

WHAT VACCINATIONS DO I NEED FOR TRAVEL TO HAITI?
Please check with your doctor and/or the Center for Disease Control for the most up to date health information for travelers going to Haiti and for any individual medical concerns/questions. You may also contact a local travel clinic, where available, which specializes in vaccines for travelers for additional information. In general, most travelers need to ensure the following: make sure all routine vaccinations are up to date and update Hepatitis A and Typhoid vaccinations. For Haiti, we also recommend getting a prescription for Chloroquine (anti-malarial) and Cipro (antibiotic).
WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?
All international travelers must have a valid passport. The US State Department recommends renewing it 9 months before it expires to ensure access into your destination country. All guests at Bel Fle will be required to show their passports or photo id and have a copy made upon arrival. We highly suggest that all guests make a copy of their passport to keep separate from the original in case of a lost or stolen passport.
HOW SHOULD INTERNATIONAL CALLING BE HANDLED?
International calling will not be available on property. International plans can be affordable and very convenient; check with your cellular service provider in advance of travel.
WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED BY BEL FLE MISSIONS HOTEL?
Security is provided at Bel Fle 24 hours a day, every day. Bel Fle does not provide any transportation to or from our facility. We strongly encourage groups to make arrangements for their own security and transportation prior to arrival. We also encourage all guests to implement a buddy system while traveling in Haiti to ensure the safety of all participants. We do not recommend leaving Bel Fle's facility on your own. We also do not recommend leaving the facility after dark. Please talk to on-duty staff for additional information.
IS THERE A SPECIAL RATE FOR LONG-TERM MISSIONARIES?
Bel Fle Missions Hotel does offer a special rate for long-term missionaries staying on the property for more than 30 days. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information and pricing.
WHAT IS THE CREDIT CARD POLICY?
We require a valid credit card number on file at the time of your booking, even if you are paying the balance by other means. Any remaining unpaid balance or incidental fees will be charged to the credit card on file at check-out unless other arrangements have been made. Any outstanding room charges will be charged directly to guest or company credit card at check-out. Payment for room charges not accepted on property. Balance will be charged directly to guest or company credit card upon departure.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
ALL GROUP RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.Groups must confirm arrival dates, room type, room rate, and total number of guests 90 days prior to arrival.
Reservations may be cancelled until 6:00 PM local time on the day prior to arrival, without penalty. Cancellations received within the 24-hour period or “no shows” will incur one night’s room charge to be assessed to the credit card on file. Please provide notice of cancellation before 6:00 PM the day prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room charge.

WHAT IS THE SMOKING POLICY?
In the interest of maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all guests, Bel Fle is 100% smoke-free. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest's account should smoking occur anywhere inside the facilities.
WHAT IS THE PET POLICY?
Bel Fle Missions Hotel does not offer accommodation to pets.
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Only registered Bel Fle guests wearing a guest bracelet will be allowed on property. No outside visitors will be allowed on property for the safety of our guests. Anyone meeting or picking up a group, will be asked to wait at the guard house. Payment for room charges not accepted on property. Room charges will be invoiced directly to guest or company upon departure. Same-day reservations are accepted with a valid credit card guarantee. Any and all special needs should be requested by the individual guests with Bel Fle staff in advance of arrival. We will do our best to accommodate all special needs but cannot guarantee all requests will be met. Please contact email@example.com with any special requests.
