INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL INFORMATION
PASSPORTS (REQUIRED)
All guests at Bel Fle will be required to show their passports or photo IDs and have a copy made upon arrival. We highly suggest that all guests make a copy of their passport to keep separate from the original in case of a lost or stolen passport.
TRAVEL INSURANCE (RECOMMENDED)
Travel insurance is strongly recommended as a precautionary measure for all guests traveling internationally. Bel Fle staff are happy to provide additional information or options for purchasing travel insurance. Please contact reservations@belfle.org if you need more information.
SAFETY AND TRANSPORTATION CONSIDERATIONS
Security is provided at Bel Fle 24 hours a day, every day. Bel Fle does not provide any transportation to or from our facility. We strongly encourage groups to make arrangements for their own security and transportation prior to arrival. We also encourage all guests to implement a buddy system while traveling in Haiti to ensure the safety of all participants. We do not recommend leaving Bel Fle’s facility on your own. We also do not recommend leaving the facility after dark. Please talk to on-duty staff for additional information.
SMOKING POLICY
In the interest of maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all guests, Bel Fle is 100% smoke free (including vaping and e-cigarettes). A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere inside the facilities.
PET POLICY
Bel Fle Missions Hotel does not offer accommodation to pets.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
International calling is not available on property. International plans can be affordable and very convenient; check with your cellular service provider in advance of travel.
DAMAGE TO OR REMOVAL OF HOTEL PROPERTY: We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. Should this damage or missing item come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
Any and all special needs should be requested by the group with Bel Fle staff prior to arrival. We will do our best to accommodate all special needs but cannot guarantee all requests will be met.
